Clinical Notes
One of the innovative features in Exym is the ability to define your own clinical notes and associate them
with specific activities. Each time you schedule an activity in the system, such as
a therapy session, the note that documents this activity is automatically
associated with it and scheduled for completion.
All the data in this note is stored in the database. client information, dates of service, therapeutic
goals, even your electronic signature, are filled in for you. All you have to write is the description of the event. Click for a detailed description of how notes are created.
