Group Notes
With Exym it is easy to schedule activities for multiple clients and multiple
therapists. You simply select the type of activity you want to schedule, for
example "group therapy", select the clients in the group, then the therapists,
and it will show up on each individual therapist's list of appointments. With
our group billing, you have a tremendous amount of flexibility. You can assign
one person for each client to write the clinical note and even assign different
therapists to different clients. It's also easy to add and remove therapists
(for example, if someone is out that day), and add and remove clients (for
example, in the case of "no shows"). You only enter the minutes billed in one
place and it is allocated to each therapist for each client.
