The Activity Tracking System (ATS) simplifies the process of planning, reporting and billing for mental health services. It enables your organization to create pre-defined clinic types as billing templates, thus saving the need to recreate common tasks for each new patient. When a new patient record is set up, it is already populated with the initial list of activities to be completed.

These templates not only save you the time of re-entering common tasks, they also remind you of essential functions that must be completed.

You can define default and optional tasks, organize the tasks into phases, set default billing rates, and define billing codes for each individual task. For example, you could use CPT codes for one client type, government agency billing codes for another type, and a third set of codes for a private funding agency.

This enables you to easily produce reports of your activities across your caseload, and allocate billing to multiple sources. You can even set rules for individual activities so that you can match a particular activity to a specific report.
