Supervision
It is easy to ensure the quality of documentation in Exym because adding a service adds a note to
complete. That note can automatically incorporate goals from the care plan
or the diagnosis from the assessment. It can have required fields, and be
locked if there is not an approved care plan on file. You can require a
note go through up to two layers of clinical supervision, plus a layer of
QA/billing supervision before it becomes a claim.
